Operators Unlimited Welcomes Thomas “TJ” Whitlow as Account Manager
Bringing both industrial and biological perspectives to Operators Unlimited
Duncan, SC. (Nov. 15, 2023) – Operators Unlimited recently hired Thomas “TJ” Whitlow as an Account Manager. TJ brings more than 10 years of wastewater treatment experience in both service and management roles. Throughout his career, TJ has honed his abilities regarding business development, customer retention and managing operations. These skills, alongside TJ’s diverse experience and comprehensive knowledge of wastewater systems, are integral drivers to his success as an account manager.
As an account manager, TJ will focus on working directly with customers to ensure their plants are operating efficiently, conducting site visits and lab testing, developing solutions to strengthen wastewater processes and aiding in the exploration of improvement opportunities in customers’ facilities. TJ prides himself in his ability to solve problems and generate specialized solutions that are specific to his customers. His goal as an account manager is to strengthen and expand OU client relationships as well as grow in his career.

TJ has an impressive background in both industrial and biological applications. He is skilled in leading projects, testing cooling towers and boilers, wastewater sampling, sales management, training operators and implementing successful applications for wastewater operations. Working in many on-site plants, TJ’s experience in various operator and managerial roles will be an asset to OU customers. TJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Ball State University.
