Operators Unlimited Welcomes Brad Jones as Director of Operations
Seasoned Operations Manager Joins the OU team
Duncan, SC. (April 5, 2023)- Operators Unlimited, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Brad Jones as Director of Operations. Brad has more than ten years of experience in operational management coupled with extensive knowledge in strategic planning, system building and leadership that supports Operators Unlimited’s growth strategy and customer-centric focus.
Brad has an impressive background in leading and managing operations of fast-growing companies. He has worked among the C12 business network and has spent a significant portion of his career working overseas in Morocco where he founded, grew, managed and sold two social impact businesses. Skilled in team leadership, Brad specializes in overseeing all business operations, managerial accounting, training, employee recruiting, restructuring staff and implementing systems to increase revenue. The Operators Unlimited (OU) team will benefit from Brad’s expertise in strategic planning and team development.

My goal as Director of Operations is to support the company’s continuous growth and collaborate with the OU team to develop strategies to accomplish future goals,” Brad said.

As Director of Operations for OU, Brad will develop systems to further ensure efficient management of operators, increase the number of OU operators and streamline overall communication. Not only is Brad passionate about job creation, but he is an advocate of investing in the development of employees to achieve their long-term goals.
